You may vote as soon as you receive your secure Personal Identification Number (PIN), which will be provided to you the week of November 11 by the American Arbitration Association. Your PIN will be sent to you by both surface mail and email. (Contact the PSC if you have not received it by Friday, November 15.)
Once you have your PIN, you may vote either by telephone or through the American Arbitration Association website. Directions about how to vote will be included in the mailing with your PIN.
Voting will end at 11:59 p.m. on Tuesday, November 26.
