How did CUNYfirst problems affect your work?

Major outages with CUNYfirst near the beginning of the semester disrupted day-to-day activities CUNY-wide.

Students at Baruch and other colleges were unable to view course schedules on the first day of classes; Queens College set up a ‘One Stop’ Center in the dining hall to allow students to record add/drop requests on a paper form.

We want to hear from you on how CUNYfirst problems this semester affected work. Your response will inform an the union's work, and we may quote from it (e.g., in Clarion) if you give permission (see below).

Be as specific as you can be with days and times. Please indicate the extent of the problem— was the entire system down or was it super slow?
