NOTE:    Persons reappointed as the direct result of a proceeding resolving a grievance or complaint under Article 20 of the current agreement between the University and the PSC (i.e., a Step I decision, a Step II decision, a settlement agreement, arbitration award, of select faculty committee recommendation) on or before May 1.

Adjuncts who have served in the same department of the college for not fewer than six (6) consecutive semesters (exclusive of summers sessions) during the three (3) year period immediately preceding the appointment, to whom the college intends to offer another appointment.
