Article 43: Duration

43.1 This Agreement shall become effective November 1, 2002 upon its adoption by the Board of Trustees, and its ratification by the membership of the Professional Staff Congress.

43.2 Only the Chancellor or his/her designee together with the President of the PSC or his/her designee may agree to waive a provision of this Agreement.

43.3 This Agreement shall be in effect through September 19, 2007.
